Belarma Return & Refund Policy

At Belarma, every piece is handcrafted with care, making each item unique. Due to the nature of our process, slight variations or imperfections are to be expected and are part of what makes your gear special.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, since our items are made to order, all sales are final unless your product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive an item with a major flaw (not related to the handmade nature of the product), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to find a solution—whether that’s a replacement or store credit.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are specially crafted for you, which means they cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or minor variations in craftsmanship. However, if your order arrives with a defect that affects functionality, we will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@belarmagear.com.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. Please reach out to the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
