Processing & Shipping Times

• Ready to Roll Collection (In-Stock Items): Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Pre-Order Collection: These items are made to order and will begin shipping approximately two weeks after the pre-order window closes. Please check individual product pages for estimated timelines.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or weather conditions. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. However, if you need assistance, feel free to reach out!

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
